i got the new steering shaft(column?) in the car. I weighed the whole assembly and it weighs 3.8 lbs. the factory column weighed in at 14 lbs!!! Whats that do for yah!?!? Also its much simpler and it will give me clearance for the wide 4 valve and long tube headers in the engine bay side. Ill finish that side once i get the motor in. For now i just wanted to get it mounted and weld in the brace. This is one of the last things to do to the chassis before i lay some paint down in there.
I also mounted the AIM displayin the dash panel...
