Ray and I put some time into a light weight dash setup. Its a very simple 3 pc. panel design made of 16 gauge aluminum. We used the break to bend the edges over. We removed the oem dash "hood" and mounted that to retain an "oem look" from the top side. The same material we used for the core support was also used for the frame of the dash...
